Like many people, my career didn't begin in the world of nutrition—it began with a passion for helping others.
After earning my English degree, I spent many years working in government and nonprofit organizations, where I had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through life's challenges. While that work was incredibly meaningful, I felt called to make an even deeper impact by helping people improve their health and quality of life.
That calling led me to complete a three-year Nutrition Diploma with Honours, followed by advanced training in symptomatology so I could help uncover the root causes of health concerns instead of simply masking symptoms. I believe true healing happens when we understand what's happening in the body and create personalized, sustainable solutions.
Today, I'm proud to be a Registered Nutritionist and Metabolic Balance® Health Coach, Guide, and Mentor.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping more than 200 moms and dads regain their energy, lose weight naturally, improve their health, and feel like themselves again.
What inspires me most isn't just seeing the number on the scale change—it's watching someone rediscover their confidence, have the energy to play with their children or grandchildren, sleep better, think more clearly, and realize they're capable of creating lasting change.
I know that trying one diet after another can be exhausting. The cycle of losing weight only to gain it back can leave you feeling discouraged and wondering if lasting success is even possible.
That's why my approach is different.
