My Story

I went into surgical menopause at 45 years old & for the next 5 years menopause hit me like a tonne of bricks. I woke up drenched in night sweats, I would get hot flashes (that are very unplanned & inconvenient), I gained 240lbs - I look in the mirror and cried. I didn't recognize myself anymore.
